About Me
My self-development journey since 1991 has deepened my lived experience and understanding of human development through exploration of multi-disciplinary approaches to healing and transformation including depth psychology, mindfulness, expressive arts and movement, writing and poetry, wisdom traditions, and analysis.
Since 1996, I’ve guided thousands of individuals on transformational healing and personal development journeys across multiple time zones. I have also supported leaders across sectors such as mining, utilities, non-profit, and finance.
I am committed to dynamic, process-oriented work that builds generative capacity, transforms patterns, and enables clients to lead with awareness and compassion.
